Workshop C

Globalization and free trade: can they still exist or is it just the end of international business?

Organised by the American Bar Association - Section of International Law (ABA-SIL)

Since the election of the Trump administration, the US has changed its approach to the rest of the world by working towards a new global order and new rules for trade. This panel will explore the impact of the new US policy on international business and globalization, through the lens of recent developments regarding NAFTA, TPP, and steel and aluminium tariffs on China and Europe.
